Dorrey Sproatt, M.A., BCBA

Dorrey Sproatt is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who specializes in behavioral intervention for individuals with autism and other neurodivergencies. She earned her Master’s degree from UCLA in Human Development and Psychology where she received specialized training in a cognitive behavior therapy program for school-aged children with ASD to improve self-regulation. Dorrey utilizes naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including Pivotal Response Treatment, and has extensive experience coaching and training parents, professionals and educators. She is passionate about supporting individuals with their social-emotional development.

After over a decade of experience, Dorrey opened her private practice in Los Angeles to provide behavioral consultation to families in need. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults in home, school, and community settings using assent driven practices to help her learners achieve personally significant goals. Dorrey understands the power of motivation and strives to create a warm, playful and nurturing environment for her clients and their families to learn and grow.
